Description

Prosthetic hand in which motion between adjacent parts is achieved by the hand's own activating mechanism. The body powered devices are activated by movement of body segment(s). The mode of operation may be voluntary opening, voluntary closing or voluntary opening and closing. The position may be obtained by a manual or an automatic lock.
