HdFiO, finger flexion orthosis, MP-joints, dynamic, prefabricated

Description

Orthosis composed by two parts covering the dorsal side of the hand and the fingers, hold in place with attachment straps at the frontal areas. The parts are connected with a spring system to hold the fingers in flexion. The spring assists the fingers at the MP-joints in flexion.

Orthosis to assist flexion of in the Mp-joints and to create grasping functions of the hand, enabling execution of daily activities in order to participate in society.
To be applied in case the prefabricated version does not fit due to impairments of body functions and/or structures.
