LO, flexion orthosis, dynamic, custom made

Description

Orthosis to anti-lordosis and decompress the spine. The orthosis prevents L-S deformities. This can be reached either by increase of the intra-abdominal pressure or by pneumatic distraction. The function is to de-lordosis the lumbar spine with a slight frontal trunk direction, pelvis derotation, decreasing load on the vertebrae and further opening of the intervertebral gaps.
Different versions exist, such as:
* a small Hohmann-frame, that is worn over or a elastic textile or only a lining. Four pull belts take care for the connection of the frame and a ventral support
* adjustable ventral pads in anti-lordosis.
