Description

Prosthetic interface/Socket built for use early after trans-tibia amputation for rehabilitation training purposes. The suspension may be supracondilar, suspension fabric support and/or thigh corset, depending on the biomechanical and physiological characteristics of the user.
Full contact socket if end bearing load.
Inner socket from soft material, e.g. PE or EVA or silicon-liner.
Outer socket from thermoplastic or acrylic. Outer socket can be opened, closed and adjusted to the stump.
Endoskeletal prostheses.
