Description

Orthosis designed to maintain the humeral in an abducted and externally rotated position. The orthosis consists of thermoplastic material which covers the hemithorax of the affected side, continues in a straight angle under the axillar and arm and follows in another straight angle at elbow level, reaching the distal part of the fingers on their palmar part while maintaining the wrist in a functional position.

Used for children to stimulate healing.
To be applied in case the prefabricated version does not fit due to impairments of body functions and/or structures.
