CTLSO, fixation orthosis with cervical/head fixation, prefabricated

Description

Corset exists of a rigid dorsal frame from metal or plastic with a textile or apron front, sub-clavicular pads and includes a head fixation support. The corset limits the range of motion in all directions: anterior, posterior, lateral and rotational. The corset immobilises the CTLS region and may introduce flexion in the LS region.
May also consist of two pieces moulded plastic, lateral connected with e.g. Velcro.
Prefabricated adapted to the model of the patient with or without interface materials.
